(Witness) Note Louisa Macalester Nevins; She talked about "cousin" Katherine Harvey. Katherine was the daughter of Fred Harvey (restaurant fame) and Josephine Lytle Blair (daughter of General Blair of Leavenworth). Was Josephine the daughter of Kate Medary?
     According to Aunt Louisa, Katherine Harvey was related to us through Samuel Medary. In my trip to Katherine Harvey's house, I was told the portrait of Samuel Medary was at the home of Mrs Marshall Neal in South Pasadena. Mrs Neal was the mother of the late Wm Perry. Jane Overback Perry is his widow. Jane was questioned Mar 1997 but doesn't remember the portrait which was lost in the estate. Her granddaughter did do some genealogy work - review that for Medary.
