| Note* | Ernest Clyde Stoneking Added per father, Andrew Stoneking's, 1928 will. He was bequeathed 1/3 of of estate after $400 in other disbursements. Listed as deceased parent in Helen (Stoneking) Payne's 1966 obituary. Listed as deceased brother in John C. Stoneking's 1978 obituary. Obituary notes: He was staying at the home of his son, Leroy Stoneking of Rushville, for several weeks while his wife was in the St. Francis Hospital with a fractured leg, when he suffered a stroke on March 19. He died there on March 29. He operated a store on the _ridge near Birmingham for 28 years and was farming until his last illness. He lived his entire life in Bethel Twp except for the past four years in Brooklyn Twp. Also surviving 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A twin half-brother and sister died in infancy. | |
