second all real and personal property to his widow, Rachel, while she lives and remains his widow

fifth $100 to daughter, Nellie I. Stoneking
sixth $100 to Mt. Zion F. M. Church
seventh $100 to the Geo Stoneking Cemetery
eighth, the remainder split three ways by Jess, John C. and Ernest C.
The church bequest to be used for repairs and maintenance of church property
The cemetery bequest to be loaned by the Cemetery Board, the earnings to be used for repair and maintenance of the Cemetery.
