Obituary notes: He was living in Bushnell, was 49 when he died and had been in Phelps Hospital for three days. He had been in poor health for five years and seriously ill for three years. He was a resident of McDonough County most of his life and was employed as a cement finisher. He was a member of Local Union 830 and of the Moose Lodge. Also surviving five unnamed grandchildren.
