     "... We, Snow Hubbard and wife L A Hubbard heirs at law of Socrates Hubbard & wife S R S Hubbard both deceased ..." sold for $100 to J H Matthews, Lot 15 Block 40 of Cowan Addition to Bowie. An undivided 1/6 interest to said lot, the balance being held by the 5 children of said Socrates Hubbard and wife S R S Hubbard both deceased.
