Main St., died at 12:05 p.m. yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital, following an illness of a year. Born in Creston, Iowa, Mr. Philbee lived in Fort Wayne 25 years. He was a retired machinest at Bowser, Inc. Surviving are four sons, Charles, James and Theodore of Fort Wayne, and Paul, in Kentucky; two daughters, Mrs. Leah Anthony and Mrs. Irene Rohr, both of Fort Wayne; a brother, Walter, Laura, Ill; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
