Note* Ida Catherine Riden Per daughter, Doris (Compton) Kephart, she moved from Pennsylvania to McDonough County, IL in 1879/80 with her parents when she was three. She spent her whole life thereafter in McDonough County IL with
the exception of nine years that she spent in Missouri.

Her grandaughter Rose Compton writes that her memories of Ida were that she was
very ill most of the time that Rose was around her and that she died of cancer.
There is some dispute as to the name of her parents. My info comes from Alice
Derry's info, but Rose Compton quotes her obit with parent's first names as
Kline and Elizabeth. 
Birth*17 July 1876 She was born on 17 July 1876 at Lewistown, Mifflin Co., Pennsylvania. 
Marriage*7 January 1890 She married Henry Compton, son of Levi Compton and Cecilla Tuggle, on 7 January 1890 at Missouri. 
Marriage*19 August 1909 Ida Catherine Riden married Wesley Moss on 19 August 1909. 
Death*25 December 1936 Ida Catherine Riden died on 25 December 1936 at Galesburg, Knox Co., Illinois, at age 60.
