Gives to his wife JoanKIMBER COFFIN all the profits and commodities of his lands and tenementswithin the parish of Brixton during her widowhood. She to pay her sonTristram 50 shillings at the 4 usual feasts of the year and providesufficient meat, drink, and clothes and convenient lodgings to Tristramas befits his status during her widowhood. If she does not pay, Tristrammay take control of the properties until she does pay. If she shouldremarry, she shall lose the tenement called Silverhey and it shallimmediately go to Tristram and his heirs. 1642: Came to Massachusetts with her son Tristram and daughters Euniceand Mary.
