Birth*28 December 1846 Marian Jennie Gerhausser was born on 28 December 1846 at New York; age 4 in 1850, age 14 in 1860, age 23 in 1870, 33 in 1880 are all consistant, so she was born circa 1846. However, the 1900 census says Dec 1851 age 48 and her tombstone says 28 Dec 1850. It's obvious that in her later years she either lied about her age, or forgot.

Anecdote* Jennie Gerhausser Henry was my grandmother's sister and is the one who made the lace handkerchief for my grandmother's 1900 marriage to Joseph Flautt. It has been carried by all the brides in the family since. 
Death*9 August 1926 She died on 9 August 1926 at , at age 79; We don't know that she died here, only that she's buried here. Where is she between 1910 and 1926? 
Burial* She was buried at Union Cemetery, Alexandria, (Independent City), Virginia; Union Cemetery of the Methodist Episcopal Church South - Jane has a picture. Name on tombstone is Jenny Henry.
