Obituary | 6 August 1909 | His obituary was on 6 August 1909 at Olmsted Co Democrat pg 2 col 3, Olmsted Co., Minnesota, Eugene Campbell died in the hospital at Missoula, Montana as the result of an operation for appendicitis. He passed away Tuesday evening, July 17. His wife and two brothers survive. Rochester was for many years the family home of the Campbells and many fond associations cluster about the place. But it is probable that the interment will be made in Montana. Mr and Mrs Campbell have a child buried there. Mr Campbell attended the Rochester public schools and then engaged in railroading. He was a conductor on a Montana railway at the time of his death.4 |
