Census1900*1900 Washington Lewis appeared on the 1900 census as the head of household, ED 7 pg 124 #333-424 506 N Price, Natchez Ward 2, Adams Co., Mississippi along with Olivia D (__________), Zella G Lewis, Sandy W Lewis, Annita Lewis, Leota Lewis and William Lewis. His info on the census included: Lewis, Wash 40 b.MS Aug 1859 wheelright, rents married 16 years (parents b.MS) Black. 
Death*17 April 1902 Washington Lewis died on 17 April 1902 at Natchez, Adams Co., Louisiana, at age 42; Since he died after 1 900 census and his wife is widow in 1910 census - he is probably the one who died of acute nephritis age 45 and buried "SULLIVAN PLAT" from http://www.natchezbelle.org/adams-ind/l2.htm.
