Stone, 914 N Seventh St; a sister, Mrs Virginia Barnes, Route 7; and two half brothers, Curtis Stone and Billy Carr, both of Oxnard, Calif. :TAB:Two daughers died at an early age. :TAB:Mr Stone was born April 6, 1883, in Boone County, the son of James M and Lucy A Kemper Stone. He was a retired farmer and lived his lifetime in Boone County before going to Joplin in November, 1969, to be near his daughter. He married stella Barnes in Columbia Sept 27, 1908. He was a member of the dripping Springs Christian Church. |
