Closed escrow on 1938 Hamilton Ave., Carson City 22 Jul 1990. *Oct 1993, he began dating Betty Lu (Kenney) Wagner of Modesto, CA she was a close friend of his sister Mary Roseland. Betty moved in with him at 1938 Hamilton Ave 30 Mar 1995. Together they purchased 5 acres of land at 255 James Ave. in Dayton, Lyon County NV from the Leonard family of Virginia City NV escrow closed 13 July 1995.
