Mrs. Lovett, 69, Walnut Street, Benton, died Saturday, June 19, 2004, at 10:20 p.m. at Lourdes Hospital, Paducah. She was a retired employee of Mattell Corp., Murray. Her parents were the late Paul Philbee and Catherine Durr Philbee. Survivors include one daughter, Ms. Vickie Lovett, Benton; two sons, Danny Lovett, Grand Rivers, and Dale Lovett, Benton; one sister, Mrs. Shirley Wheeler, Treemont, Ill; one brother, Paul W.
