(ImmigratedWith) Immigration27 June 1910 He immigrated with Gottfried Francois Elsasser and Mary Elizabeth Mohninger on 27 June 1910 via Steamship Dominion; With four of their children already in Canada, they decided to come as well with the other eight children.The ship left Liverpool England and arrived at Quebec City in Canada. (They later moved to Leader (Happyland) about 1915, and later settled near David and Fred in Portland.)

NW 2-23-28-W3, about one mile south of the town site (abandoned) at the top of the hill on the west side of the road.
The town of Estuary has almost totally disappeared with very few landmarks remaining of what was once a bustling railway town. The cemetery is enclosed with barbed wire fence but many of the graves have not been tended to in many years. About half of the graves are marked. The church records, found at Trinity Lutheran Church in Leader, were made available by Rev. Mark Tiefenbach.
