CAUTION* Lydia Rebecca Kaufman has the following CAUTIONARY INFORMATION: "Rebecca" as she was known, seems to have been 12 years old when she married and had her first child. Her tombstone gives us her birth date. below are the ages she has on the various census records, and her correct age:
1905 - 28 - actually 32 (7 children)
1910 - 48 - actually 37 (9 children, 6 living)
1915 - 48 - actually 42
1925 - 52 - actually 52
     The family should be in the 1900 census in Boston since children were born there in from 1894 through July 1900, but so far they have not been found. Too bad, because it would be interesting to see the month and year of birth on that census.
     That she is the mother of Abraham is born out by the fact that she'd been married 25 years in the 1910 census, which puts her married circa 1885, the same year Abraham was born in Sep of that year. Abraham's 1905 census entry states he is the son of the head of the household (Jacob), Rebecca's husband.
